Is there a way to block the Q&A download offer for attendees attending training sessions using Training Center 200?

Not everything coming through the Q&A is appropriate to share with the masses.

Hi Sherri,
The simplest way to restrict the ability to download the Q&A session content is to disable the "Save" feature in the Session options. You can do this when you schedule the session using the "Session Options" feature or even during a session (Click on "Session" in the top menu and select "Session Options.") Unfortunately, disabling the "Save" function means that your attendees cannot save the presentation content being shared or the cotents of the Chat session. However, even with the "Save" disabled, you can allow your attendees to save the presentation content by enabling the File Transfer function. We plan to allow you to disable or enable the "Save" option for each individual function in a future release. Hope this helps. Bob Lee - WebEx Learning Solutions Team
