I'm seeking recommendations for books to improve my skills as a synchronous teacher and wondering if you have a favorite you'd like to share.

I've read Jennifer Hofmann's The Synchronous Trainer's Survival Guide and Live an Online! and thought they were quite good actually. Even if portions of the material didn't apply to my public sector setting, I still learned much from the texts.

Have you come across any books that were helpful, fun, interesting? OTOH, have you come across any that were a complete waste of time and money?

Thanks!
