There are separate host and attendee email invitation templates for Audio Only meetings.
Here’s how to schedule an Audio Only meeting:
1. Schedule Outlook Integration meeting by clicking on "Add WebEx Meeting".
2. Select "Teleconference (Audio) Only meeting" in the Service Type menu. 
3. Select from 3 Conference type options:
a. If you have personal conference account set up, select one of the Personal Conference account numbers,
b. If you don't use WebEx telephony, select "Other Teleconference", or
c. Select "Request Conference No." to generate a conference number for this particular meeting 
4. Send the Audio Only meeting invite. With the new Productivity tools, attendees receive an email to join Audio only meeting (no reference to data meeting in email): .jpg)
5. If you need to promote an Audio Only meeting to data meeting, simply start One Click meeting during the call. Your audio only call will automatically become part of data meeting launched from One Click.
