Here’s how you invite your buddy while chatting on IM:
1. Start chatting with your buddy on any of following IMs -
- Yahoo!/Google Talk/Skype/MSN Messenger/AOL
- Lotus Sametime
- OCS Communicator
2. Click "Start WebEx Meeting" either on the WebEx ball within IM or on top of the IM window
3. A browser-less WebEx meeting is launched on your desktop in less than 15 seconds.
4. A URL is sent to your IM buddy to join the WebEx meeting. Your buddy clicks on the URL and join meeting (note that the URL includes the meeting password, so no need for your buddy to type the meeting password again)
