How to get your questions answered quickly:
Step 1: Review the Getting Started Guide for basic features and functionality
Step 2: Checkout the Knowledge Base for on-demand solutions when you need answers
Step 3: Interact with others in the Discussion Forums where you can find questions that have already been answered or ask your own.
Step 4: Submit a Support Ticket
Step 5: Check the FAQ's for answers to the most common questions we’ve come across
