iPhone works effectively with PCNow

We just completed the integration and testing and I am happy to let you know that we have verified that the iPhone works effectively with PCNow. With PCNow you can access your email, files and folders from any cell phone with Internet access, including the iPhone.

PCNow and MeetMeNow - Printing your Monthly Invoice

I have read a few questions from customers asking how to print their own invoice for PCNow or MeetMeNow. Here are the steps to follow:
- Login to either PCNow or MeetMeNow
- Click on "My Account"
- Click on "Billing History"
- Choose the billing period range
- It will take you to your Invoice Details
- Click on "Print View"
- You can now right click to print

MeetMeNow - "Pass Control" and "Change Presenter"

I am still seeing some questions from some of our customers where there is confusion between "Pass Control" and "Change Presenter" buttons in MeetMeNow.
Click on "Pass Control" to let an Attendee present what is on your desktop. Or let someone share anything on their own desktop by clicking on "Change Presenter".
The Attendee can even take it one step further, and then "Pass Control" back to you so you can control their desktop.

MeetMeNow and Vista - YES we support Windows Vista

I have read a few comments from customers wondering if they can use MeetMeNow with Windows Vista.....and the answer is YES. Several months ago we rolled out the support for Vista. Here is the list of what works with MeetMeNow:
Windows 98, Windows Vista, NT 4 with SP6, 2000, 2003 Server, or XP

Schedule Your MeetMeNow Meetings through Outlook

I few customers for MeetMeNow did not realize that you could schedule and start your meetings through Outlook. Here are the directions:
Here’s how to start your own MeetMeNow meeting through Outlook:
Install Integration to Outlook.
Click the Start Meeting Now or Schedule Meeting button.
Choose a date and time if scheduling a meeting ahead of time.
Set up the teleconference number to use for the meeting.

MeetMeNow - Getting Started - System Tray Method

In looking at the user activity, it is clear that many people use the system tray to launch their MeetMeNow Meetings. For those that may not be aware of this method, here are the steps.
1. Double click on the MeetMeNow icon in the System Tray (typically you will find it in the blue section at the bottom of your screen. The icon looks like a monitor with a colored ball in the center).

In going over some comments from our customers, I read a few where some people did not know how to use MeetMeNow for support. I just wanted to quickly give you the directions:
First start your meeting: Double click the MeetMeNow icon in your system tray, choose Start Meeting Now.
Once you are ready to start, click on start sharing
Invite your other participant to join.
Identify who you need to support and then Click on Change Presenter.

Hi, I'm Dan Russo, the Product Marketing Manager for the Individual Professional Products at WebEx which include MeetMeNow and PCNow.
I am really excited to get my blog started, so we can start sharing some tips and tricks with each other, as well as getting your input on what you want to see in terms of enhancements to these products.
