Greetings from Diane Davidson, WebEx's Community Director. I love film and probably I'll use some film analogies from time to time as I offer my thoughts on communities and their impact on business today. My blog will not only visit communities but all things social media and how that affects marketing, support, our day to day lives, and anything else that comes to mind.

As we close in on 2000 community members we continue to evolve our thinking and our content. In the last couple weeks we have added some new content and moved some items around. Moved sessions from our Online Experience Forum (think online user group) into appropriate folders.
