Our Event section has a new look and feel. It’s easier to use and find events by event type. In the drop down menu for Event Type you can select conference (think seminar you travel to), webinar (WebEx does bunches of these), conference call (audio casual discussion/roundtable) etc. There’s an improved and rather nifty calendar view or you can opt for the list view. OK, so I'm fortunate to work at WebEx/Cisco and to use a green product to do my job every day. It makes me feel good that WebEx and Cisco have positive environmental values and try to practice what they preach. After all, the internet allows us to work in new ways that really can be an improvement for our planet.

Have any friends who are intimidated by WebEx?
I, for one, dislike being a novice as it makes me feel vulnerable. Quite simply, I'm concerned that I won't measure up to the job or task at hand. Interestingly enough, I often seem to get new assignments where I have to learn ground up, often without much guidance. But I digress.
