Greetings from Diane Davidson, WebEx's Community Director. I love film and probably I'll use some film analogies from time to time as I offer my thoughts on communities and their impact on business today. My blog will not only visit communities but all things social media and how that affects marketing, support, our day to day lives, and anything else that comes to mind.

Have any friends who are intimidated by WebEx?  I, for one, dislike being a novice as it makes me feel vulnerable.  Quite simply, I'm concerned that I won't measure up to the job or task at hand.  Interestingly enough, I often seem to get new assignments where I have to learn ground up, often without much guidance.  But I digress.  If you know anyone, who would like a little tour of WebEx without feeling under any pressure from a human being, then click on ou ...     Read entire post
