Many customers ask me how to learn Event Center quickly.  My response:  "as fast as you can launch your browser."  Here are some quick tips on how to learn Event Center in a heartbeat:

1.  Two computers.  It doesn't matter which two computers, two laptops, two desktops, or one desktop and one laptop.

2.  One computer will be your "attendee" computer and one will be your "event" computer.  If you have a friend in a nearby location, make them the "attendee".  Have them walk their laptop into your office and sit down next to you.

3.  Go to Event Center and click "Schedule an event" in the left-hand column, under "host an event" ... you are almost done!

4.  Upload any old presentation or the one you want to use in your next event.  Note:  You do not have to upload a presentation.  You can do that later within Event Center.

4.  Quickly send an invite to the second computer and their email ID.

5.  Set the time for the event to start within the next 5 minutes.

6.  Launch your event!

Note:  View the emails that go to the "attendees" computer.  Have the attendee respond to the emails, register for the event, and logon to the event.   See these responses in your "host" account.  View the event reports.  Play around with the event settings.  End the event and schedule another one with different settings.  Record a brief portion of your event.  Store the recording, view the recording, download the editing tools and edit your recording.
