Hi Everyon, I'm working on a collaboration initiative with my team. They new Webex Connect users and new to collaboration tools. I'm struggling with the fact that they are not used to opening the tool everyday. Whenever there's a change or activity in our space, they are not aware until we have our team's biweekly conference call. One idea we have to improve that is to have Webex connect sending e-mail notifications when there's any activity in the space. Another is to have automatic reminders so they receive short e-mail messages asking them to go to the space and add their contributions. We believe that this will help us with the transition to using more this tool.
My questions are, are this features being planned? Does anyone else sees value in them?
