We have yet to be able to initialize our Connect product. We keep getting an error message that states: "WAPI Error: Username or password is invalid or inactive". We have verified that both the Username and password are correct...yet we still can not login to the product.
I contacted WebEx and they told me to check my internet settings and then come here. They are all set to the correct settings, so we are dead in the water.
Is this the only form of tech support Connect has right now???
