Also do you have a contact where someone can provide some feedback with regard to the spaces and how this could be more effective?

This is the problem we were anticipating. There are too many spaces!
However, before we go down this track any further understand that this is still Beta and we have no idea when it will be formally released. We are unclear on the support policy and there is a risk that any business process we define now may have to change when it is released formally. Best wait a while I think.
As far as Deep Dive is concerned however I do not think this has relevance to anyone but the participants of the individual process. A guy in education has minimal interest in a soft drinks co. in Ireland so I would say at this time there is little benefit in opening up to everyone.
Happy to talk about it but I would hold back for now

Hi Moray, Tina,
Just wanted to get your thoughts around webex and collaboration. Currently people within IS are setting up so many spaces that we're in danger of complicating and over collaborating.. I was thinking that we could simplify this. I have now officially set up the Inside Sales space and I have created folders for things like Kad and Taz's UC space. How do you feel about adding in the deep dives within this if I give you admin rights?
Mike is going to have admin rights also and I was going to make this a Europe Inside Sales space so that Tina can also work with the European counterparts as can Mike..
Let me know what you think before I go ahead and message it out.
