While it seems simple enough, use the drop down menu to update your availability status, even add a custom messaging if you're so inclined - the process always fails to upddate my status!  I can't change it from "In a Meeting"...is this an identified issue, (I've got colleagues here at Cisco with the same issue) and would appreciate any help in finding out what might be the issue.
