hi ,

       i am using webex for create a meeting , which works fine when i use all my users as ATTENDEE, the problem comes when i make one of the user Alternate HOST . and if that user is not a registered developer of Webex then it fails to create a meeting , is there any way by which i can create a user alternate host without having that user as a developer of the webex

              any help is greatly appriciated , thanking you in anticipation

From the Meeting Center User Guide (simmialr language appear in the other manuals). You can find this document on your site under Support > User Guides. As you can see an Alternate host must hold a user account on your site.
