Has anyone created a WebEx survey that you have sent to your employees asking questions like:

- Has using WebEx reduced your need for travel?

My management team is trying to gauge why folks are using WebEx and how much travel/money we have saved using this technology.

My department at WebEx does monthly surveys to our active customers to ask that very question as well as others. For example:

94.5% of respondents in 2008 agree that WebEx Saves them Time and Money
98.1% of respondents in 2008 agree that WebEx reduces the need to Travel
95.8% of respondents in 2008 agree that WebEx is convenient and always available.

I run multiple surveys including some that are specifically for customers. However, I cannot give out confidential individual companies data. I can create a survey that pops up at the end of your meetings with questions specific to you and your companies interests. Please contact your Client Services Manager to learn more.
