It will depend on what you want to maintain control of. If you could provide more specific examples of where you feel you a loosing control I can offer more specific advice about maintaining it.
In a general sense though, I think what you are talking about is producing a training class. That is, you don;t actually give the ball away to each speaker, but produce the class as each speaker takes their turn "on-air". Of course this requires that you invest time upfront to work out a solid script for the class so that you have all the cues and blocking you will need to keep things moving along. I seen this be very, very successful in keeping a course on track, and relieving the speakers from the technical worries of a session. |
