Hello, I'm, wondering if anyone else creates training for a client? We create custom training using Webex's Presentation Studio feature and usually just provide our client with a link they click on to access the training.

We have a customer now who wants to intigrate the training into their LMS and not use our link. Do you know how to do that with the recording tools in Webex?

Hi, Do you know what LMS your customer is using? The WebEx recording tools allow you to create recordings and provide a link similar to Presentation Studio. Or you can take a WebEx recording and convert to .wmv/.swf if that works with your customer's LMS.

Yes, we use Presentation Studio to create our recordings but there's not an option to download the training after it has been recorded that way, or at least I can't find one.

This is true about the Presentation Studio Service. With the WebEx Recorders you would have a downloadable file and you could make available to your customer the players to play back the WebEx Recorded Files. And the Files could also be converted to Windows Media or Flash if that would work better for your customer.

As a side note, if you are interested in learning more about the WebEx Recorders, you can visit http://university.webex.com and take a course from a WebEx instructor, or as a self-paced offering.
