I'm conducting a webainr next week and would like a slide that describes the WebEx tools we will use throughout the webinar, such as chat, polling, Q&A, etc.  Does WebEx provide that?

We do indeed. It's always a good idea to review the WebEx features your attendees will have access to at the beginning of the webinar.
