Hi

Is there any way to prevent unwanted ppl from joining a meeting?

We want to invite external clients - but how can we prevent them from forwarding the meeting invitetation to

"undesirable" ppl or even our competition?

In Event Center, we don't prevent people from forwarding the invitation. However, we have other ways of ensuring only the intended audience is attending the event.
1. You can set to approve all registrations. Only those who are approved will have the event information.
2. You can set to automatically deny certain registrations, like emails with competitor names in it.
3. If you have an unwanted individual in an event, you can kick them out from the event.
