If the email invitation is going to a participant in an on-line event (aka webinar), then the instructions I like to use are simple:
This online event will be delivered by a system from WebEx. You do not need to take any specific action to make it work, it will automatically install a very small program that is secure and trusted. You may be prompted by your computer to allow WebEx to install this program, please click Yes to allow the program to be installed. It should only take a few seconds. I hope you enjoy our online event!
