Hi Jon:
Start your events early (at least 30 minutes). Once the event is launched:
>Participant
>Assign Privileges
>Attendees
In the "Communications" box, you can select with whom Attendees can have a "Private chat with":
- Host, presenter, panelists, and all attendees.
By default, "All attendees" is deselected, but you will want to verify this as part of your pre-event chechlist. |
