No idea if this is the right folder of the forum to post this, so my apologies.

We use Event Center for our large group educational webinars.  At the end we open it up for questions.  We keep their phones on mute and ask them to submit their questions in the Q&A dialogue box.  The issue is that everyone can see the questions and some of them we would like to filter or save for an offline discussion.   

I've attended webinars on other platforms where I could submit a question privately.  I don't want to ask them to use the Chat box because inevitably they'll use both - some via Chat and some via Q&A.  We use the most updated version of WebEx.  Is there any way to hide the submitted questions?

Hi Jon:

Start your events early (at least 30 minutes).  Once the event is launched:

>Participant

>Assign Privileges

>Attendees

In the "Communications" box, you can select with whom Attendees can have a "Private chat with":

-  Host, presenter, panelists, and all attendees.

By default, "All attendees" is deselected, but you will want to verify this as part of your pre-event chechlist.
