Welcome to the Support Center community.

One of the first things we would like to share with you is a preview of the new functionality in WebEx Support Center. As part of the WBS25 release, the new version of Support Center offers several new features including:

- Remote Support Functionality ( Faster Session Start, System Info, Login As Administrator, Reboot in Safe Mode, etc.)
- Web-Based Live Help (Click to Connect)
- Other WebEx Support Center Services: Remote Access, System Management
- Integration with HelpDesk/CRM system
