Hello,

I would like to know if there is a simple way to implement the "Join meeting" button located on the Webex welcome page within our homepage.

I basically want to put a field and a button on our home page which allows users to enter their meeting number and connect directly without needing to navigate to our businesses Webex welcome page.

Any code snippets or advice would be much appreciated.

Yes, there is a "Single Sign-on" service available that integrates WebEx services directly into your intranet portal.

Assuming you want to do this for WebEx Support Center, here is what you need to do:

1) Go to Site Admin
2) Click on 'Site Settings' in Left Nav bar
3) Select 'Remote Support' in the drop down
4) Click on 'Forms'
5) Click on 'Pre-Session Form'
6) Click on 'Embed Form' tab
7) Click on 'Generate HTML'
8) Copy the HTML and use it within the web-page where you want the 'Join Form' to be.
