I just wanted to check in with WebACD users.

I'm writing a paper about Web based contact distribution systems, and the WebEx WebACD solution in particular, and wanted to reach out to the community to hear:

- Why you deployed WebACD?
- What has your experience been like?
- How do you measure its effectiveness?
- Any tips and tricks (or war stories) you'd like to share?
