I took on site administrator 6 months ago after another girl left.  I have read the WebEx for Dummies and found it really helpful.

 

My question is:  How do I change the company Logo.  I cannot find the option and I'm not sure how she got it on there in the first place.

Hi Sasha,

The logo can be submitted to your CSM, either the actual image file or the URL where the logo can be found.  Also, branding changes may also be submitted through My Resources (myresources.webex.com).  You'll need to register for a My Resources account, but you can submit the changes on your own.  Either way, it can be completed in about 24 hours.
