12/17/2007 4:27 PM Alert

I had an error message related to the outlook integration recently.  It was apparently an outlook message that allowed me to 'disable" the plug in.

later, I uninstalled and re-installed the webex outlook integration.  It seemed to install fine, but when I re-open outlook, I don't get the webex toolbar.

Any ideas?

Try these steps and see if it helps -

1. Go to Outlook tool bar. Select Help --> About Microsoft Office Outlook.

2. Click on button "Disabled Items"

3. Do you see WebEx plug-in listed there? If yes, select the WebEx plug-in and click enable.

4. Restart yoiur Outlook and you will see WebEx plug-in there.

That worked.  Thanks!  I knew I just wasn't finding the correct button to push in outlook.  I don't think there could be a more un-intuitive menu to put this enable/disable function on in outlook.
