Did you know you can invite attendees to your WebEx meetings directly from IM and One Click? Here's how:
Invite using IM:
1. While you are hosting a WebEx meeting on your desktop go to your favorite IM.
Note: This feature will work with these IMs – Yahoo!, Google Talk, Skype, AOL, MSN Messenger, Sametime and MS Office Communicator.
2. Start chatting with your buddy. Note thatthe “Start Meeting” label changes to “Invite to Meeting”.

Invite using One-Click:
1. While you are hosting a WebEx meeting on your desktop right click One-Click icon in your taskbar.
2. Click on "Open One-Click".
3. Select the contacts from your Outlook address book or type their email addresses in the text box and then click Invite to Meeting. |
