02/05/2008 4:58 PM Alert

The user receives the below error when trying to share a document (in this case a Word doc, but it happens with everything except pictures).  Click Share, Click Presentation or Document, browse and select document - Error appears

If I log into the users PC, it works for me.

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Ver. 7.5.3L

There could be an issue w/ the .dll file. You can try to uninstall/reinstall the meeting manager or contact our Technical Support Group at 866-863-3904 option 4 then option 1.

To uninstall:
Follow the steps below to uninstall the WebEx Meeting Manager:

In the Microsoft Windows Control Panel, launch Add/Remove Programs.
Select WebEx from the list of installed programs.
Click Change/Remove and follow the instructions in the uninstallation Wizard.
The uninstaller will prompt to restart the computer.
Go to http://www.webexsupport.com and enter 3454 in the search field.
Download and install rmwbx.bat to complete the uninstallation.
When entering a WebEx session, the service will automatically install a fresh version of Meeting Manager.

To reinstall
Follow the steps below to manually install the WebEx Client:

Go to the WebEx Downloads page (http://www.webex.com/customercare/downloads-webex.html)
and click the appropriate link for your computer operating system and Web browser.
When the download begins, click Save.
In the Save As dialog box, browse to your computer's desktop. Saving to the desktop allows to easily locate and delete it when the installation is complete.
Launch the installer application and follow directions in the setup wizard to complete the installation.
