Possibly rhetorical: How is that I can find a feature in the pop up of the Session Type listed for TRAINING CENTER, on my site admin homepage (in this case "Webtour" or even "Webtour Remote control" , and not get a single result in any search box I find within the WebEx mileau?

and/or...is there anywhere around here to discuss usability issues (eg. How do I get people to download Course Material from a Session Info page on TC when (1) they don't know to scroll down to find the link; (2) the text spacing is so tight they don't see it if they get down there; (3) the link text is so tiny they don't know to click on it; (Especially since nothing else on the page that is also clickable, LOOKS like the link to download the course material).

Thanks, A.

Hi there,

Could you describe what you are trying to Search and where? We are not completely clear on what you tried to do and will try to answer once we have the details.

Related to the usability issue, I understand what you are saying and we will look into improving the layout in future releases. In the meantime, the attendee email does contain a line to say there is Course Material is available for this session. Maybe you can customize the email template further, to say something like ‘the Course Materials can be downloaded from the Session Info page. Click on the link to download them’. That may help attendees look for the materials.

Thanks!
