02/21/2008 10:24 AM Alert

Hi,

Generally, I'm the one who creates the Webex invites and host the meeting.  After creating a meeting, I will always click on the Add to Calendar button so that the entry is also saved in my Outlook calendar to remind me.  This worked fine in Outlook 2003.

I've recently installed Office 2007. However when I do "Add to Calendar" the entry just goes to the Inbox in the Personal Folders.  I can't seem to add the entry to my calendar.

Any suggestions?

You should use WebEx plug-in, which is available to integrate Outlook to WebEx. This way you can schedule WebEx meeting directly from your Outlook scheduler.

You can download Outlook integration from Support page. Log on to your WebEx site. Go to Support page from left navigation bar. In download section, Outlook integration is available for download.

Hello,

This is Jason K, from WebEx Technical Support.

I would like to inform you that due to Outlook 2007's integrated Security Settings, it is not possible to open Calendar Attachment Invitations (ICS File) directly within the Outlook 2007 application. To add the attached invitation to your calendar manually, please refer to the below steps:

1. Save the file to your local computer desktop

2. Opening the message, then
Right-clicking the attachment and selecting Save As
- Ensure you have saved the attachment in an easily-accessed location, such
as Desktop2. Open the Outlook Calendar view
3. Left-click on the attachment, and drag the file to the appropriate day
within the Outlook Calendar view.

I would also suggest you to check whether your WebEx profile and Outlook profie has same information as this may create some conflicts with the profile.

Try to make some difference on your WebEx profile by adding middle name or .....

By this was you should be able to save the meeting to the calender.
