Since my company is on a concurrent licencing plan and we incur overages when we exceed the number of licenses under contract I want my common users to be able to see all meetings currently in progress.  This would provide my common users with the ability to help manage overages on my account. 

Can anyone tell me if there is a way to add the "Meetings in Progress" to a branded site so that the common user can access the meetings in progress page that is available to administrators.

Working with Dave on options available to add the Meetings in Progress page for his users to have access to.  One option is to allow all hosts to have Site Admin - View Only access.  This page is secured to only be viewed by someone with Admin status, so this would be an option.

Heather, do you have any idea when or whether this capability will be added?  Not completely clear.  If we do not have the capability, should we add this to Idea Share so that it gets into the queue?
