We are continuously having webex shutdowns when using IE7 and Fire fox.

Faulting application iexplore.exe version 7.0.600.166.08, faulting module ntdll.dll, version 5.1.2600.2180, fault address 0x00011e5a

Has anyone else had this happen? Do you know how to resolve?

cmcvey, we do see these faults on occassion. We will need to get additional information to identify the cause. You can open a support request online  or call our support team at the number provided under Assistance on your WebEx Site.
