If they send me an e-mail - I can click on the link. But can I still join a support session from the site?

Your support representative must provide you with the website address first.
1. Navigate to that address
2. Choose the Join a Support Session button.
3. Enter your name, email address, and any other pertinent information that the CSR requires.
4. Click the Submit button to continue on to the session.

Hi Jason,

The primary piece of information needed to join via the Web site is to have the Session Number. All other informationrequired is your name, and email address. Once you have the session number you can select the Support Center tab at the top of the page, then select Join and enter the form information. Hoep this helps.
