We hope you are finding Remote Support very useful in resolving tech. support issues of your customers/employees.

What other features would you live to see in Remote Support that will make you more productive? Please let us know by replying to this tread.

We are planning the next release of Remote Support now and your input is much appreciated.

A file transfer tab in the remote control session would be very useful. Instead of navigating back to the initial screen...

Doug.

Ability to initiate File Transfer from Remote Control Session is already there. Click on the small arrow in Floating Icon Tray and it will bring up the menu. One of the menu item is File Transfer.

In general, all the functions that are on CSR Dashboard in the browser are available in Floating Icon Tray in Remote Control Session.

I would like to see Windows Vista supported by WebEx. I am tired of seeing "AtMgr Module has stopped working" every time I try to use Remote Access from my Vista machine. It's a real problem having to run around the building looking for a free machine to use at our small facility.
