Hi,
 I'm new to WebEx. The product is awesome but then I really dont know why I don't get the WebEx Recorder Setup screen when I click "Start Recording". It directly takes me to a save dialog box. I want to record using NBR. Any suggestions? Please Help !

Hi Bhu,

Have you gone to the Documents section and downloaded the 4 documents on recording.  Try that.  If you cannot find the answer will find someone to help you.
