The .arf player is not available from the www.webex.com. You must login to your WebEx site and download it from the Support section of your Meeting Center, Sales Center, Event Center or Training Center.

On the left navigation, you will see links to MyResources, User Guides, Downloads, Training etc. Under Downloads, select Recorders and Players. This will take you to the recording and playback page. There, you will see download options for the .ARF and .WRF. Hope this helps.

Irina,

Can you provide a link to the arf player download page? I'm logged into the meeting center but cannot find the Download link you mention.

Hi Raymond,
Follow the steps below to manually download the player:

Browse to your WebEx web site. (Example; https://SITENAME.webex.com)

Click the Assistance Link in the navigation menu at the left of the page.
Select Support.

Scroll down to the section entitled WebEx Recorder, Player, and Recording Editor.
Click the link Record and Playback page.

Download and install the appropriate Player and Recorder for your system.

Follow instructions on the Record and Playback page to complete the process

Alternatively you can go to welcome.webex.com - choose Meeting Center tab, select "Support" in the right navigation bar. Choose "downloads". Choose the option "recorders and players" to download .arf.

I don't have the webex account, the trial account does not give you the access to download. I did a search on webex layers but can only find a link to download WRF player and recorder (atrecply.msi). Is there a place outside of webex to download ARF player?

I've not used WebEx recently, and wonder what is the difference between WRF and ARF? Under what condition would ARF be used and recorded? It's frustrating it's not easy to find a player to play it. It would be easier for end users if it just install the plugins like Flash would do.
