Hi I have recently started a a bpo in India doing legal and financial work for lawyers and Accountants.  I have recieved strong interest from my customers to see if I can provide them with a virtual secretaries to answer their phones and book appointments and all the other things such a postition would entail.  Iam wondering if there is a way that a landline number rings in Canada and the call is picked up by a voip phone in India and we can dial out from India to meet our customers needs to their Canadian clients.  If so what softwar and Hardware do I need to accomplish this goal.

Hi, I'm Don Brown, a product manager for audio services with Cisco/WebEx. There are several ways to accomplish the services you outline. Depending on the size of your operation you might consider Cisco Contact Center and Call Manager solutions. Please contact a Cisco Value Added Reseller if you are interested in that route. If you are starting small then I'd consider one of the many Virtual Phone Service providers (i.e. google virtual phone service) and talk to them about what they can provide. Unfortunately, we do not integrate these services into WebEx at this point.

If you have heard of WebEx Connect, this is the type of integration you'll be able to bring together in the near future. Stay tuned.
