Hi, I'm very new at this but am loving it! I have a meeting scheduled tomorrow, our first, but i can't seem to get the "multi-point" video option to loose the grey scale. I have great single point, but there will be 5 of us online and we really needed the access to see all faces since we are all across the globe.

Any ideas? I've tried reaching support but it is the weekend after all. Many thanks,

Hi Elizabeth,

First, verify with the Webex site administrator in your organization that Multi-point video is enabled. Note: Multipoint Video is only available in Meeting Center and Training Center.

When scheduling a Webex Meeting:

Go to Advanced Scheduling and choose Meeting Options.
Select Multi-point in the video tab
Click start now
