I had a private  chat with the host while recording our meeting and noticed it was captured in the recording! Is there any way to remove the "chat" panel from my .wrf final??

Unfortunately this is not possible with WRF (as WRF is doing a screen capture). However it's very easy to do if you record using NBR (Network Based Recording) as you can simply specify which panels you'd like to make available in playback.

NBR recording are hosted on WebEx servers. For each NBR recording you'll make, you'd get a streaming/download links. You can also share and publish those streaming links on your own website....
