somehow the audio didnt get included on a recent webex session but i do have it as an external mp3 which was coverted to a .wav

i am able to use the dubbing feature, but after a few moments, the audio disappears.

can someone help me out?

Were you successful with the dubbing process? Was the wav file successfully uploaded? WebEx only support one codec for WAV files....11,025 Hz µ-Law 88.2 kbs. Do you know the format of your WAV file?
