Has anyone successfully used AT&T with the network based recording feature? We have been trying to make this work for 4 months with no success.

It should work. Are you using "Other Teleconference" option? Make sure to click the "Test" button before clicking "Start Recording". You should hear "The host has the recording feature on" played into the teleconference. If you don't hear it, NBR (Network Based Recording) didn't connect to the right bridge....Can you describe the issues you're having in detail, including your WebEx site version, configuration, etc.?
