Hello!

Does anyone know the proper way to set up multiple dial in numbers for people from various countries, for a Meeting Center meeting? (Pay as you go option).

Thanks!

From what I've read, International local dial in numbers are a setting configured when your site is set up. Time to call your CSM if what you expect is not what you are getting.

From the meeting center user guide (support >  user guides)

Note If the global call-in numbers option is available, a list of international phone
numbers appears on the Join Teleconference dialog box. Dial the appropriate
number for your location, and then click OK to close the dialog box. For a list of
toll-free calling restrictions by country, see
www.webex.com/pdf/tollfree_restrictions.pdf.

It doesn;t look like there is anything you would need to do to have the numbers appear, they are either there or not there depending on the options your site was setup with.

Thank you! Now I know I must have gotten an incorrect start from the get go, as I never setup a "site". I am not even sure what you mean. I just created an a/c and setup a meeting using Pay As You Go. I know I left out probably a few very crucial steps :-(

Anyone, please? I am at my wits end! We are just on a trial basis with Webex, so I have no "site". When I go to schedule a meeting, absolutely no global call-in numbers appear....:-(

Sorry, just me again but I don't see anyone else replying. If have not yet actually pruchased WebEx services, you might be stuck. The trial may not come with international call ins. I don't really know because I don't work for WebEx.  Anyway it is really, really time to pick up the telephone and call your sales rep. Explain exactly what you need to do to have a successful trial and convert that trial to a sale. I'll bet you find your sales rep very accomodating and helpful. Good luck.

The teleconference option is available in 14-day free trial meetings on https://meethere.webex.com.

Toll teleconferencing is provided at no charge. If toll-free teleconferencing is needed, please create an account on https://meetings.webex.com, as that feature is not available on our free trial Web site.

For more information on WebEx Meeting Center, go to: https://meetings.webex.com.

I hope this helps...if not, may be a good idea to contact our Customer Operations Center Hotline at (866) 569-3239 (option 3 to speak w/ sales rep or option 6 for general q's)
