I attended a WebEx workspace webinar a while back, and we are finally ready to try the product. I can not find it on the WebEx site. Is there a trial version that I can download?

Yes, there is! The WebEx online collaboration product is now called WebOffice. You can get more information on the web at: http://www.webex.com/solutions/weboffice.html. There is also a link to a free trial.
