Can I Disable a Productivity tool for my site after my users have downloaded and installed it?  If so, will this action be universal or only apply to users who download the tool after the Admin change?

Do you mean you want to disable "Automatically install Productivity Tools when hosts log in to the site"? If yes, then when users log on, they will not see prompt to download Productivity tools. But users, who have already disabled Productivity tools, remain un-impacted.

No, that is not what I mean.

Scenario:

1. User downloads and installs ALL Productivity tools
2. From Site Admin, I disable use of IM Productivity tool.
3. Is the IM Productivity tool disabled for the user after it has already been installed?

Yes, this action will disable IM integration for all users when their Productivity tools connect to WebEx site next time.
