You all know how to invite attendees to your WebEx meetings directly from within the Meeting Manager.

Did you know that with the new Productivity Tools you can invite attendees to your WebEx meetings directly from IM and One Click?

Here’s how you do it.

Invite using IM:

1.  While you are hosting a WebEx meeting on your desktop go to your favorite IM.

Note: This feature will work with these IMs – Yahoo!, Google Talk, Skype, AOL, MSN Messenger, Sametime and MS Office Communicator.

2.  Start chatting with your buddy.   Note that the “Start Meeting” label changes to “Invite to Meeting”.

3. Click on "Invite to Meeting" and your buddy is invited to your WebEx meeting - it's that simple!

Invite using One-Click:

1. While you are hosting a WebEx meeting on your desktop right click One-Click icon in your taskbar.

2. Click on "Open One-Click".

3. Select the contacts from your Outlook address book or type their email addresses in the text box and then click Invite to Meeting.

It’s that simple and fast.

Using the new “Invite to Meeting” feature saves you time and boosts your productivity.

Holly,

can you point me to additional resource for getting this to work with Sametime? I've installed both the Lotus Notes integration and One-click, but I do not see any option on my Sametime chat window to start a meeting. See below:

Image of Lotus Notes Sametime chat window. WebEx intergration not visible

Thanks!
