Here are some examples of integration -
1. Integration between One-Click and Outlook integration -
a. Right click on "Schedule a Meeting" on One Click
b. One Click knows that you have Outlook integration installed. It automatically
opens Outlook scheduler for you to schedule Outlook and WebEx meeting.
c. Similarly "Start a scheduled meeting" right click option in One-Click will display all
meetings scheduled through Outlook integration.
2. Integration between Microsoft Office integrations and other Productivity tools
a. Start an instant or scheduled meeting using any of Productivity tools (One Click, OI or IM
integrations)
b. Click on "Share as Application" on Microsoft Office document or presentation
c. Microsoft Office knows that you have a WebEx meeting going on. It will not start a new
meeting; instead it will automatically share your presentation or docs in ongoing WebEx
meeting.
3. Integration between IM integrations and other Productivity tools
a. Start an instant or scheduled meeting using any of Productivity tools (One Click, OI or IM
integrations)
b. IM integration knows that you have a meeting going on. Your "Start Meeting" button on top
of IM chat window will automatically change to "Invite to Meeting".
c. Click on "Invite to Meeting" to invite your buddy into your on-going meeting |
