I’m a Program Manager and found WebEx’s new book,  "Why Buy the Cow"  to be very helpful in enlightening me on the SaaS movement and Web 2.0. It’s clear, concise, informative and enjoyable to read.  Most important, the book is written so that everyone can understand what all the buzz is about. Thank you!

I found "Why Buy The Cow" by Subrah Iyar and Cindy Gordon to be an excellent read. It clearly builds the case for SaaS through case studies and market data, and provides a clear rationale for companies to embrace innovation to propel themselves forward in the marketplace. Several of my colleagues have read it as well, including our CEO, and all have had made very positive remarks to me about "Why Buy The Cow." I strongly recommend it to all who want to get a better understanding of SaaS, collaborative applications, and the disruptive innovation of Web 2.0 .

I absolutely love this book!  I must admit it was the first time I truely understood Web 2.0.  This was a great, easy -to-read book.  The world of technology is moving towards a completely new way of doing business.  It's so important that we train our family, friends and co-workers on all the new web collaboration tools/methods because this is going to becoming the new world.

Great book! Great revolution!

I found "Why Buy the Cow?" to be very informative. I am the business requirements writer for our internal CRM tool and it was very helpful for me to see where the SaaS industry in general, and the CRM aspect in particular, is headed - from a "disruptive technology" perspective.

This book enabled me to see more clearly the direction that my line of work is headed, which allows me to be better in designing tools and to position my career path in order to capalize on the trends.
