My client had a tough time hosting a web meeting on his Mac. He has Safari and uses Leopard 10.5. If anyone can help, based on what he said, I'd be grateful. Thanks!
Dialing in with the computer over skype did not let me in as a recognized code the first 5 times and then all of a sudden the 6th time it accepted the code. Why the inconsistency?
Anyway, can you research with webex what we mac folks need to do to be able to get it to work. I joined and started a session and shared my desktop with a colleague but when she started I could not join. There was a toll free number for mac users that you'll find in their help section I suspect that showed up on our screens that we were supposed to call in the middle of the conference call...which of course we did not call because we were busy. |
