We have had a great deal of discussion on this internally at WebEx. As this thread clearly indicates, some customers have reported that the WebEx application freezes after upgrading to the latest Vista Service Pack (SP1). WebEx is actively investigating this problem. If you experience this or other problems after upgrading to the latest Vista Service Pack (SP1), we strongly urge you to submit an online ticket at http://support.webex.com so we may be able to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. Full details of your environment are essential in order to effectively track and resolve your problem.
