I'm having issues getting the productivity tools add-in working with Outlook 2007 on one particular machine.
I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app but when I start Outlook nothing happens - no webex toolbar, no options to add webex meeting to calendar entry, etc.
I've gone into the Trust Center > Add-ins and no matter what I do I can't get the add-in to Active Application Add-ins list - it was showing up in the disabled list, but I removed it and readded it, but now it says it won't start due to a runtime error and it plonks it in the Inactive Application Add-ins list.
Like I say, I've tried uninstalling / reinstalling, restarting, rebooting completely and nothing seems to work.
Any ideas?
